Dear Parents, Carers and Sixth Form Students

today we have had two confirmed cases of Covid 19 in the Sixth Form, affecting both Year 12 and Year 13.

Unfortunately, due to the number of Sixth Form teaching staff having to self-isolate as a result of these cases, this means that we need to close the Sixth Form for the whole of next week (w/c 16 November) and will review the situation on Friday 20 November.

The students who need to self-isolate will be contacted individually.

Remote learning will take place from Tuesday 17 November and students will be contacted by their class teachers to make the necessary arrangements.

I am aware that Year 13 students have mock exams scheduled for the end of November, and my advice is that students should continue to prepare for these exams.
